Mango-Orange Chutney

Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) package frozen mango chunks, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup Smucker's® Sweet Orange Marmalade
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Step 1
COMBINE mango, onion, vinegar, marmalade, red bell pepper, water, sugar, salt and red pepper flakes in a 3-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 30 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Step 2
TRANSFER to non-metallic bowl. Cool completely. Cover and chill overnight to blend flavors. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks or in freezer up to 3 months. Serve with cooked fish, shellfish, poultry or meat.
