Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) package macaroni
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped red or green pepper
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup Smucker's® Apricot Preserves
  • Red or green pepper rings

Directions

  • Step 1

    COOK macaroni according to package directions. Drain; cool.

  • Step 2

    COMBINE macaroni, pineapple, chopped pepper and cheese in medium bowl. Combine mayonnaise and preserves in separate bowl; mix into salad.

  • Step 3

    REFRIGERATE one hour; garnish with pepper rings.
