Ingredients
- 4 cups arugula leaves
- 3 cups bibb lettuce leaves
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Red Bartlett pears cored and sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Fish & Chip Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Smucker's® Seedless Red Raspberry Jam
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Step 1
COMBINE arugula, lettuce, onion and pears in large salad bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in blender; blend well. Drizzle dressing on salad and toss gently. Sprinkle with cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
