Pear Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 4 cups arugula leaves
  • 3 cups bibb lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Red Bartlett pears cored and sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • DRESSING
  • 1/2 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Fish & Chip Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Smucker's® Seedless Red Raspberry Jam
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Step 1

    COMBINE arugula, lettuce, onion and pears in large salad bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in blender; blend well. Drizzle dressing on salad and toss gently. Sprinkle with cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
