Grilled Savory Turkey Burgers with Raspberry Barbecue Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup diced celery
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
- 1/2 cup quick rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup Smucker's® Seedless Red Raspberry Jam
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 4 Kaiser rolls
- Additional Smucker's® Seedless Red Raspberry Jam to spread on buns
- 4 large lettuce leaves
Directions
- Step 1
COMBINE turkey, salt and egg in large bowl. Stir in celery, onion, oats and cranberries until evenly mixed. Shape in 4 burgers about 4 1/2-inch in diameter and 1/2-inch thick. Stir jam and barbecue sauce in small bowl until smooth.
- Step 2
COAT unheated grill grate with no-stick cooking spray. Heat grill to medium high (350° to 400°F.). Grill burgers for 3 minutes. Turn, baste with raspberry sauce. Grill 3 minutes. Turn. Baste second side. Grill 30 seconds. Coat both halves of buns with no-stick cooking spray. Grill during last minutes of cooking burgers or until lightly toasted.

SPREAD additional raspberry preserves on inside of bottoms and tops of buns. Layer bottom of buns with lettuce leaf and turkey burger. Top with other half of buns.
