Slow-Cooked Orange Teriyaki Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 (2 1/2 lb.) pound boneless pork shoulder roast, quartered
- 1 onion cut into thin wedges
- 1/2 cup Smucker's® Sweet Orange Marmalade
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped gingerroot
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Hawaiian-style sweet rolls or hamburger buns, split
Directions
- Step 1
COAT 4 to 6-quart slow cooker with no-stick cooking spray. Place pork in slow cooker. Top with onion.
- Step 2
COMBINE marmalade, teriyaki sauce, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes in small bowl. Stir until blended. Pour over pork in slow cooker.
- Step 3
COVER and cook on HIGH 5 to 6 hours or LOW for 8 to 9 hours, until pork is very tender.
- Step 4
REMOVE pork from slow cooker to large rimmed pan. Shred into thin pieces using two forks. Return pork to juices in slow cooker, stirring to coat. Serve on rolls.
