Peanut Butter and Date Snowballs

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) package chopped dates
- 1 large egg, well beaten
- 1 (16 oz.) jar Smucker's® Natural Chunky Peanut Butter stirred
- 3 cups corn flakes, slightly crushed
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups Powdered sugar
Directions
- Step 1
MELT butter in 12-inch skillet; add brown sugar and dates. Remove from heat; stir in egg. Cook over low heat until mixture comes to a boil; boil one minute.
- Step 2
STIR in peanut butter until melted. Add corn flakes and vanilla; mix well. Cool 15 minutes.
- Step 3
SHAPE rounded teaspoons into one-inch balls; roll in powdered sugar. When cool, roll in powdered sugar again.
