Ingredients
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 (4 serving-size) package instant coconut cream pudding & pie filling mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Smucker's® Pineapple Preserves
- OR 1/2 cup Smucker's® Apricot Preserves
- 3 cups bite-sized pieces mixed fresh fruit (pineapple, melon, mango, berries, etc.)
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish, if desired
Directions
- Step 1
WHISK milk and pudding mix in medium bowl until blended. Stir in sour cream and pineapple preserves. Cover and chill.
- Step 2
SPOON pudding mixture into 6 dessert dishes. Top with fruit. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
