PB&J Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients
- 1/4 to 1/2 cups Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 (12 oz.) jar Smucker's® Seedless Strawberry Jam
- 8 slices white bread
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup butter, diced, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar
Directions
- Step 1
SPREAD desired amount of peanut butter and jam on bread slices to make 4 PB&J sandwiches.
- Step 2
WHISK eggs, milk and vanilla in shallow bowl until blended.
- Step 3
MELT 1 tablespoon butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Dip each side of sandwiches in egg mixture, allowing each side to soak for about 5 seconds. Place in hot skillet. Cook about 2 minutes per side or until golden brown, adding additional butter to skillet as needed.
- Step 4
MICROWAVE remaining jam in medium microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 1 minute or until melted and syrupy when stirred.
- Step 5
SPRINKLE French toast with powdered sugar. Serve with syrup mixture.
