Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons quinoa
- 1/4 cup quick cooking brown rice
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2/3 cup Milk divided
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Smucker's® Simply Fruit Seedless Strawberry Spreadable Fruit or favorite flavor fruit preserves
Directions
- Step 1
COMBINE water, quinoa and rice in 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 7 minutes. Stir in oats, raisins and 1/2 cup milk. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes.
- Step 2
STIR in wheat germ, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and remaining milk. Allow to set 5 minutes.
- Step 3
TOP each serving with 1 tablespoon fruit preserves.
