Baked Apricot-Pecan Oatmeal

Ingredients
- No-stick cooking spray
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Smucker's® Natural Apricot Fruit Spread, or your favorite Smucker's® apricot preserves
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Step 1
HEAT oven to 375°F. Coat 8-inch square baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
- Step 2
STIR oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl.
- Step 3
WHISK milk, egg, butter and vanilla in medium bowl. Stir in fruit spread.
- Step 4
ADD milk mixture to oat mixture. Stir until blended. Pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with pecans.
- Step 5
BAKE 20 to 25 minutes or until set in center. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
