- 2/3 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup chopped banana
- 1 (6 oz.) container sugar free vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1/2 cup Smucker's® Squeeze Strawberry Reduced Sugar Fruit Spread
- Sugar free frozen whipped topping thawed

COMBINE milk, banana, yogurt, wheat germ, if desired, and fruit spread in blender container. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses; dollop with whipped topping, if desired.
