Spicy Orange-Ginger Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- No-stick cooking spray
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings, split, tips removed
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup Smucker's® Natural Orange Marmalade Fruit Spread, or your favorite Smucker's® Orange Marmalade
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Sliced green onion
Directions
- Step 1
HEAT oven to 425°F. Line 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with foil. Coat foil with no-stick cooking spray.
- Step 2
PLACE wings in foil-lined pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 3
BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until skin is crisp.
- Step 4
WHISK marmalade, soy sauce, Sriracha, ginger and garlic powder in large bowl.
- Step 5
ADD cooked wings to sauce; toss to coat. Return wings foil-lined pan. Spoon any remaining sauce onto wings. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Step 6
GARNISH with green onion.
