- 1/3 cup Smucker's® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter stirred
- 3/4 cup (6 oz.) firm tofu, well drained
- 2 teaspoons roasted red chili paste
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot
- 1/2 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
Directions
- Step 1
COMBINE peanut butter, tofu, chili paste, lemon juice, gingerroot, soy sauce and garlic powder in food processor container. Process until well combined.
- Step 2
USE as sandwich spread, dip for vegetables or spread on crackers, bagels or crostini.
